Coco-Berry Chia Pot combines raspberries, cocoa and chia seeds to create a rich, chocolatey breakfast or snack. The chia seeds thicken the mixture into a creamy pudding while the raspberries provide natural sweetness and freshness. Finished with extra berries and cocoa nibs, this nutritious pot is ideal for breakfast, dessert or an afternoon treat.
Ingredients
-
1 handful fresh raspberries (approximately 60g)
-
50ml milk or milk alternative
-
1 tsp cocoa powder
-
1 tsp coconut oil
-
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
-
2 tbsp chia seeds
Optional Toppings
-
Fresh raspberries
-
1 tsp cocoa nibs
-
Grated dark chocolate
-
Desiccated coconut
Optional Wellness Boost (Choose 1)
Directions
Add the raspberries, milk, cocoa powder, coconut oil and honey or agave to a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds and pour into a serving glass or bowl.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
Top with fresh raspberries, cocoa nibs or your chosen toppings before serving.
Recipe Note
For a creamier texture, use Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt in place of some of the milk. Leave overnight in the fridge for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
For extra nutritional support, stir in a scoop of Hydrolysed Collagen+, Creatine, or Amino-Mix after blending. The chocolate and raspberry flavours pair particularly well with collagen, while creatine provides a simple addition for active lifestyles.
