A quick and easy breakfast bowl made with yoghurt, berries, nuts and collagen. Ready in 5 minutes, it’s a simple way to start your day.
Ingredients

2 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt

1 heaped teaspoon Hydrolysed Collagen

A handful of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

A small handful of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)

A drizzle of honey or agave
Directions
Add the Greek yoghurt to a bowl and stir in the hydrolysed collagen until fully combined.
Top with the mixed berries, spreading them evenly over the yoghurt.
Sprinkle over the chopped nuts for added texture and crunch.
Finish with a light drizzle of honey or agave for natural sweetness.
Enjoy immediately as a quick, nourishing breakfast or snack.
