Spinach and Blueberry Bliss combines sweet blueberries, banana, and fresh spinach in a creamy, protein-rich smoothie. Vanilla Soya Protein provides plant-based protein alongside added vitamins and minerals, while blueberries add natural sweetness and antioxidants. This refreshing smoothie makes an ideal breakfast, post-workout drink, or nutritious snack.

1 handful blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 handful spinach

2 scoops Lily & Loaf Vanilla Soya Protein

150ml water

150ml milk or milk alternative

1 tsp agave nectar or honey (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the consistency with extra water or milk if required
Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
For an extra nutritional boost, add 1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds. Frozen blueberries also create a thicker, colder smoothie.
