Ingredients

¾ cup cooked quinoa

1 handful of berries (any fresh or defrosted)

1 sliced banana

1 sliced kiwi

1 handful of home roasted almonds (see recipe)

A squeeze of lemon juice

½ tsp of agave nectar or honey
Directions
In a bowl, combine the quinoa with the fruit.
Scatter the roasted almonds on top.
Drizzle with lemon juice and agave nectar or honey.
