Rough 'n' Raspberry is a fruity protein smoothie made with banana, raspberries, flaxseeds and Lily & Loaf Hint of Berry Pea Protein. Naturally sweet with a slight texture from the flaxseeds, this refreshing smoothie is ideal for breakfast, post-workout support or a filling snack.
Ingredients

1 banana

1 handful raspberries, fresh or frozen

2 scoops Lily & Loaf Hint of Berry Pea Protein

1 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tsp agave nectar or honey, optional

300ml water, plus extra if needed
Directions
Add the banana, raspberries, Hint of Berry Pea Protein, flaxseeds and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add agave nectar or honey if desired.
Add extra water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
Serve immediately, topped with mint or pomegranate seeds if desired.
Recipe Note
Use frozen raspberries for a thicker, colder smoothie. For a smoother texture, blend the flaxseeds first or use ground flaxseed.
