1 scoop Hydrolysed Collagen

½ Avocado

½ Banana

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Medjool Date (stone removed!)

Directions
Add to a blender and blitz, rich creamy and very filling! It’s balanced, energising and nutrient-dense!
Might need a splash of water adding if too thick.
