Super Green Smoothie is a refreshing blend of avocado, spinach, cucumber, pineapple and banana. Naturally creamy and lightly sweet, this smoothie provides fibre, healthy fats and fruit alongside leafy greens, making it an easy way to enjoy a nutritious breakfast or snack. Ready in minutes, it's ideal for busy mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients

1 banana

½ avocado

1 handful baby spinach

½ cup chopped pineapple

¼ cucumber

200ml water
Optional

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves

Squeeze of lime
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add additional water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
This smoothie can be chilled with ice cubes or frozen fruit for a thicker consistency. The avocado provides natural creaminess while the pineapple and banana balance the flavour of the greens.
