2 tbsp hummus - see recipe

6 cherry tomatoes

butter

Pink Himalayan salt

Black pepper

Squeeze of lemon juice
Directions
Toast the rye then layer with hummus.
Slice tomatoes and add to the top of the hummus.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and devour while nice and warm!
