2 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tbsp fresh soft raspberries – the best are defrosted raspberries that have seeped some of their delicious raspberry juice
Directions
Fold the berries onto the yoghurt and then with a fork vigorously whip the mix so the yoghurt starts to stain a raspberry pink; with some chunky raspberry bits remaining it’s ready to serve.
