Koko Kale is a creamy green smoothie combining banana, kale and coconut milk with the tropical flavour of Lily & Loaf Tropical Soya Protein. A touch of cocoa powder adds subtle richness while the protein helps create a satisfying and nourishing smoothie. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout recovery or an energising afternoon snack.
Ingredients

1 medium banana

1 large handful kale (approximately 30g)

350ml light coconut milk

2 scoops of Tropical Soya Protein

1 tsp cocoa powder
-
1 tsp agave nectar or honey (optional)
Directions
Add the banana, kale, coconut milk, Tropical Soya Protein and cocoa powder to a blender.
Blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
Taste and add agave nectar or honey if desired.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana before blending.
For an additional nutritional boost, add:
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 scoop Hydrolysed Collagen+
A handful of frozen pineapple
