Maca & Coconut Yoghurt is a quick and creamy breakfast topping made with natural yoghurt, maca powder and desiccated coconut. Lightly sweetened with honey or agave, it provides a delicious way to add flavour and texture to breakfasts, fruit bowls and healthy snacks.
Ingredients

3 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tsp maca powder

2 heaped tsp desiccated coconut

½ tsp honey or agave nectar

Directions
Place the yoghurt into a small bowl.
Add the maca powder, desiccated coconut and honey or agave.
Stir thoroughly until the ingredients are fully combined.
Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy on its own or spoon over fruit, Purpled Porridge , Fruit & Nut Quinoa or pancakes.
Recipe Note
Greek yoghurt creates a thicker texture.
Fresh berries pair particularly well with the coconut flavour.
Increase the maca slightly for a stronger flavour.
