2 sticky eggs (7 minutes from boiling)

1 Toasted slice of rye bread

1 tsp cashew or almond butter

Pink Himalayan salt
Directions
Spread the nut butter over the toast. Place cooked eggs on top. With a fork or knife roughly crush the egg into the nut butter…and sprinkle with a pinch of pink salt and a small handful of microgreens if you have some!
