From time-to-time Lily & Loaf run promotional offers through email, SMS, YouTube, newsletter or social media which can be defined by several headings. Lily & Loaf promotions include but are not limited to, three for two offers (3-4-2), Buy one get one free (BOGOF), discounted pricing (including value & percentage discounts), flash sales and freebies.

1. Terms and Conditions of individual offers may apply. Each will give a start and/or end date or will be available whilst stocks last
2. Promotions are intended for the recipient of the promotion notification only.
3. Due to potential high-volume of orders Lily & Loaf cannot guarantee the availability of stock during any promotion period.
4. If website or other technical difficulties are experienced, Lily & Loaf is not liable for missed opportunities.
5. Offers can be withdrawn at any time, without notice.
6. Products purchased through promotions are excluded from our normal returns policy.

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

Lily & Loaf’s Loyalty Programme is designed to thank and reward our valued customers for their ongoing support. By participating in the programme, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility & Earning Points
  • Points can be earned by joining the programme, subscribing to our newsletter, entering your birthday, and spending with us (earning 1 point per £1 spent). Please refer to the Ways to Earn and Ways to Redeem section of our Loyalty page for a full list of eligible activities and rewards.
  • Occasionally, specific promotions may offer bonus points for selected products or actions, which will be clearly communicated at the time. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
  • Points may only be redeemed for rewards listed on the Lily & Loaf Loyalty Programme, and cannot be used against shipping costs unless specified.

• Returns & Refunds
  
  • If you return an item that was purchased using points, any refund will reflect the discounted order total and not include the redeemed point value. Points used will not be reissued unless at our discretion.
• Expiry & Inactivity
  
  • Loyalty points may expire after a period of account inactivity, in line with the rules set out in the programme. It is the customer’s responsibility to use points before they expire.
• Referrals
  
  • Referral discounts are only applied once the referred customer completes their first order. Misuse of the referral system may result in removal from the programme.
• Tiers & Rewards
  
  • Programme tiers and associated benefits (including points multipliers and entry rewards) are based on your annual spend. Tier status and benefits are reviewed each year and may be updated without notice.
• Modifications & Misuse
  
  • Lily & Loaf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme - including points, rewards, and terms - at any time and without prior notice.
  • Any misuse of the programme, including fraudulent activity or abuse of referrals, may result in termination of your membership and forfeiture of any earned points or rewards.
