Ingredients

  • 2–3 drops (when used alone) Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2–3 drops (when used alone) Rosemary Essential Oil
  • 2–3 drops (when used alone) Grapefruit Essential Oil
  • If combining two oils use 1-2 drops each
  • Water, if required by your diffuser

Directions

    Step 1: Choose Your Fragrance

    1. Select an essential oil to suit the atmosphere you'd like to create.

    2. Choose Lavender for a soft, floral aroma, Rosemary for a fresh, herbal fragrance or Grapefruit for something bright and citrusy.

    Step 2: Prepare Your Diffuser

    1. Fill your essential oil diffuser with water, if required, following the manufacturer's instructions.

    Step 3: Add Your Essential Oils

    1. For a single fragrance, add 2–3 drops of your chosen essential oil.

    2. Alternatively, combine two essential oils using 1–2 drops of each to create your own fragrance blend.

    Step 4: Enjoy the Aroma

    1. Switch on your diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions and take a minute to enjoy the fragrance.

    2. Experiment with different combinations to discover your favourite scent for each occasion.
