Chicken and Avocado Wrap is a fresh, high-protein lunch made with tender chicken, creamy avocado, crisp red pepper and crunchy lettuce leaves. Finished with lemon juice and a touch of Tabasco, this simple low-carb recipe delivers plenty of flavour while providing a satisfying and nutritious meal that's perfect for lunch, meal prep or a light dinner.
Ingredients

1 warm or cold chicken breast, shredded or thinly sliced

2 large lettuce leaves strong enough to make a ‘wrap’

½ avocado

Half a sliced red pepper

Tabasco sauce

Lemon juice

Pink Himalayan salt

Black pepper
Directions
Lay the lettuce leaves flat and divide the chicken, avocado and sliced red pepper evenly between them.
Drizzle with lemon juice and add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to taste.
Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Fold the lettuce leaves around the filling to create wraps and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
For extra crunch, add sliced cucumber or grated carrot before wrapping.
