Black Forest Smoothie combines rich cacao, sweet dark cherries and banana with Lily & Loaf Super Protein & Fibre to create a creamy, indulgent smoothie inspired by the classic Black Forest flavour combination. Packed with protein and fibre, it's an ideal breakfast, post-workout shake or satisfying snack that delivers great taste with nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients

40g Lily & Loaf Super Protein & Fibre

250ml high-protein soya milk

1 handful frozen dark cherries

1 small banana
-
1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 handful ice cubes
Optional Garnish

Fresh cherries

Grated dark chocolate

Light dusting of raw cacao powder
Directions
Pour the high-protein soya milk into a blender.
Add the Super Protein & Fibre, frozen cherries, banana, raw cacao powder and ice cubes.
Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with fresh cherries, grated dark chocolate and a light dusting of raw cacao powder if desired.
Serve immediately.

For an even thicker smoothie, freeze the banana beforehand. You can also swap the soya milk for your favourite high-protein milk alternative while maintaining a creamy texture.
