Ingredients

1/2 cup of defrosted green peas, drained

½ avocado, diced

Juice of ½ lime

1 tbsp of minced or very thinly chopped red onion

½ tsp minced or very thinly chopped red chili

1 small tomato (chopped)

1 tbsp chopped coriander

Tabasco

Pink Himalayan salt

Directions
In a food processor or blender, pulse the peas until smooth. Spoon them into a mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients - mixing together.
Serve with vegetable sticks as a snack or an added garnish for any Mexican inspired dish.
