Health & Harmony: Case Study

"As a Kinesiology Practitioner, we address various imbalances in the body, such as post-COVID issues, migraines, and trauma. However, one consistent area requiring attention is the digestive system, which can be affected by numerous factors.

Let me share the case of a client who sought help for persistent digestive problems, experiencing an IBS pattern alternating between constipation and diarrhoea. Over the past 3-4 years, she has endured the loss of several family members and stress related to a child in the family. Despite a relatively healthy diet and numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the episodes persisted.

Over four sessions, we successfully identified and treated the digestive issues by initiating a cleanse and incorporating Slippery Elm to soothe the digestive system. Following the cleanse, we introduced Bowel Build for further support, adding essential enzymes and vitamins.

Our focus also shifted to supporting the immune and endocrine systems with supplements such as B-Complex and Vitamin C with bioflavonoids. A crucial part of the process was addressing stored trauma.

By using supplements like Ashwagandha and providing adrenal support, we restored balance through nutritional, energetic, structural, and emotional kinesiology techniques. Each supplement was tested specifically for the client, recognising her individuality and prioritising what was most needed.

By the fourth session, her sleep had improved significantly, her gut was calm with no IBS episodes, and her anxiety was greatly reduced. She now feels stronger, calmer, and more in control of her health. The combined powers of kinesiology and quality supplements provide a wonderful way to naturally balance the body."
