Ingredients

1 handful of fresh Raspberries (frozen and defrosted is fine but preferably fresh for this recipe)

50ml Milk or Milk Alternative

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Fresh Raspberries

Raw Cocoa Nibs
For the Topping (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, once blended add to a bowl and top with the reserved fresh berries and raw cocoa nibs.
Set in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
Serve with a side of fruit or 2 hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
