Ingredients

1-2 tbsp Chia seeds

250ml of almond milk

2 tbsp cacao powder

Himalayan sea salt to taste

2 tbsp agave nectar or honey

1 small banana

Cocoa nibs or small chunks of chocolate
Optional Toppings
Directions
Mix the chia seeds, cacao, agave and milk in a bowl and pop in the fridge for 60 minutes (whisking once or twice during the standing time to prevent the seeds clumping together).
- Either serve cold with chopped banana and cacao nibs on top or gently heat (not to boiling) in a pan and serve.
