Ingredients

2 large lettuce leaves strong enough to make a ‘wrap’

8-10 small cubes of feta cheese

½ avocado

½ carrot or julienne

1 ½ tbsp pine nuts

1 tbsp Hummus

Sliced radish & cucumber
Directions
On each leaf, evenly layer the fillings making sure the pine nuts stick to the hummus or avocado so they don’t fall out. Wrap and serve.
