For the topping

Directions
- In a breakfast bowl mash up the banana, the desired texture is up to you.
- Sprinkle chia, flax and ground cinnamon over the banana and then pour in just enough milk to cover the seeds.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes until the Chia has set the dish.
- Squeeze the agave or honey over the top before serving and if you want, another dusting of cinnamon and then enjoy!
- You could also serve this warm by combining the ingredients over a low to medium, heat and serving once the chia has thickened the porridge.
