I’ve been lucky enough to try most of our products over the years, including the Healthy Starter Programme, though it had been quite a while since my last experience with it.
Despite being one of our most popular products, I hadn’t taken it recently. As someone who understands the importance of a well-rounded health routine, I thought it was time to give it another go.
This time I decided to document my experience with it, giving an honest account for anyone else who, like me, has thought about trying it again or hasn’t quite taken the leap yet.
How does it make you feel?
Are there noticeable changes?
And most importantly, is it worth it?
• Getting Started
The programme has arrived! Poring over the contents, my 10-year-old quickly calculated, “Mum, that’s 150 tablets you’ll need to take!” Despite the daunting number, I was actually quite excited to start. I weighed in, knowing full well that the main purpose of the programme is not to lose weight. Still, I was secretly hoping it might be an added bonus. I was ready to see what the next ten days had in store for me.
• Feeling the Changes
By the midway point, I started noticing some positive changes. My energy levels seemed more stable, and my skin actually looked brighter. The programme also helped me make better choices—I was more conscious of what I was putting into my body. It wasn’t just about taking the supplements; it was about resetting my approach to overall wellness. As for weight loss, I did shed a few pounds, which was a nice bonus, though I believe the real benefit came from feeling more in control of my health and my habits. By the end of the ten days, I felt a sense of accomplishment. The Healthy Starter Programme had helped me reset, and inspired me to continue focusing on my wellbeing. Now I’ve completed the ten days, I will be taking the Pre + Pro to help replenish the good bacteria in my gut. I’m hoping this will keep me feeling as good as I do now.

• Adjusting
Initially, I experienced mild headaches, which I assume might have been a side effect of the cleanse—nothing serious, though, and certainly not bad enough to take any painkillers. Interestingly, I found that taking the cleanse made me more mindful of my habits. I was definitely drinking more water, partly because I needed it to get all those tablets down, and partly because I knew staying hydrated was key to getting the best results. Another change was my snacking habits—or rather, the lack thereof. I wasn’t snacking as much as I normally would, which could have been due to the effects of the cleanse, or perhaps it was simply the amount of water I was drinking that left me feeling full.
• Would I Do It Again?
I will definitely take it on a more regular basis, moving forward.. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress and making small, sustainable changes. Now where’s that glass of wine!?
